DJ Svoger, The October 2013 Mixtape

Happy AutumnSoon the leaves will fall from the trees in Northern Europe and while it gets colder outside, we slowly turn up the heat indoors with hot tracks, warm drinks and close dancing to stay warm and keep smiling.

But like close dancing, this months Mixtape starts out nice and slow, with really cool tracks from Chvrches and Manuel Kane. The Midsection increase the number of beats per minute, with new stuff from Daft Punk and Bodhi, just to get the party started with Storm Queen, Claes Rosen and late appetizers with up ‘n coming dancefloor bangers from Andreya Triana and Kove as a bonus.

One hour of fresh house music – in a mix that will help you keep warm when autumn slowly creeps up upon you and we hope that you will share this months selection with your friends!

Happy Autumn!

DJ Svoger, The Friday Track, Week 39

Aretha Every friday throughout the year DJ Svoger provides you with new great music for the weekend. We love all kind of House music and usually we select one of the greatest house tracks, that we have listen to the most during the week – but some weeks we give more than just a single track… and this week is one of those weeks. By pure joy in reaching 15,000 Likes have we created a short funky MiniMix to make it up for track of the week, with a free download as a bonus.

In case you did not know, DJ Svoger consists of Morten Kjær and Lars Bernt and our birth certificates confirms, that we grew up with early disco and for many, many years it has been a wonderful part of our musical passion and the soundtrack to our everyday life.

That’s why the MiniMix this friday is dedicated to disco, funk, soul, groove and as a tiny tribute to the legend, The Disco Diva and Queen of Soul; Areatha Franklin – so it’s time to get it right with some new remixes of old classics in this DJ Svoger Friday MiniMix…

Have a truly fantastic funky disco weekend!

DJ Svoger likes 15.000 Likes Mixtape

Billede

It’s amazing, unbelievable and truely fantastic!!! – because who would have thought that our dear music project named DJ Svoger, only founded 1½ year ago, one day would achieve 15.000 amazing Likes on Facebook, from good people spread around the entire globe.

We are very humble, grateful and happy to have reached this milestone – to express this gratitude we created a quite extraordinary mixtape with great house music, for all our amazing friends to share and enjoy.

We have delved deep into our secret drawers and found some of the hottest tracks right now and mixed them all together, in an effort to create that special DJ Svoger vibe. Because 15.000 Likes is a huge thing for us and you guys deserves something special in return.

We start out with a new remix of Goldroom’s “Fifteen” (for 15 obvious reasons) and then drops new classics like “Baby Talk To Me” by Weiss and “Think About You” by Framewerk. Later on we give you the new Jonas Rathmann Remix and please pay attention to “If You” by Diverse, which is a typically DJ Svoger pianohouse track… one hour all mixed up with floorbanging beats.

So let’s celebrate this great 15.000 Likes milestone by giving this mixtape a spin, as loud as possible and get ready to dance, party, laugh, hope love, cry, pray, scream or just enjoy happiness, peace and lots of good times – because that’s what DJ Svoger is all about – lots of good times all around…

It’s time to pump up the volume, but before you do just that, please accept our sincere thanks for your support, loyalty and for sharing the music that we love…

Yours,

DJ Svoger

DJ Svoger – The September 2013 Mixtape – Loving the Hype

bbf67cbe_HotGirlDancingHeadphoneMixerHDWallpaper-FreeHDWall.Blogspot.Com

Once again, expect to be in for a bit of a ride! Opening on tropical beats, that promise more. A midsection which is heavy on bass. And a long ending with soulful and uptempo house. That is our recipe for a helluva Mixtape this September. We give you plenty of new stuff, such as Loui & Scibi, tropical grooves from Dragon Suplex, Wookie and Eliza Doolittle’s “The Hype”, not to mention the crown jewel this month (in our humble opinion) Sharon Pass and Steve Silk Hurley’s “The word is Love” + many more. Listen, share and enjoy!
